The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) jury commended Persistent’s holistic approach to accessibility, which was validated through independent audits. While the award centered on the company's Pune facility, which served as a benchmark site, the organization is actively implementing its accessibility framework across all global workplaces and digital ecosystems.

The facility in Pune incorporated accessibility into its architectural design stage, aligning with India's Harmonized Guidelines & Standards for Universal Accessibility (2021).
