Pepcart and Shiprocket Partner to Democratize Big-Box Logistics Across India

Pepcart Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of TCC Concept Limited, has announced a landmark business-to-business (B2B) partnership with Shiprocket, India's leading e-commerce technology enablement platform. This strategic alliance aims to democratize the complex logistics required for big-box and large-format products by integrating Pepcart’s specialized supply chain into Shiprocket’s vast network.

The partnership transitions beyond initial direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand onboarding, offering a comprehensive Logistics-as-a-Service (LaaS) solution to Shiprocket sellers. Under the agreement, Pepcart will manage dedicated first-mile pickup, last-mile delivery, and white-glove assembly for bulky items flowing through Shiprocket’s platform.

This milestone cements Pepcart's role as a key provider in the LaaS ecosystem. For Shiprocket merchants, the alliance provides access to a proven, low-cost logistics solution that traditionally faces significant operational hurdles, guaranteeing a sub-1.5% damage rate across 7,000+ pin codes.

A Decade of Specialized Logistics Expertise

Pepcart has been serving furniture and home businesses since its inception in 2016. The company specializes in managing the complex requirements of large, fragile, and assembly-intensive goods—a challenge that standard courier networks often struggle with. Pepcart operates infrastructure custom-built for big-box items, including specialized warehousing and EPE-padded delivery fleets.

The operational capabilities offered to Shiprocket sellers are extensive, covering both scale and granular service quality:

Strategic Impact for the E-commerce Ecosystem

Alok Varman, Director at Pepcart Logistics Pvt. Ltd., stated that the partnership is a significant step in strengthening Pepcart's leadership position in the LaaS ecosystem. He emphasized that through this collaboration, we aim to provide thousands of merchants access to reliable and efficient logistics solutions, thereby contributing to the democratization of big-box shipping across India.

Gautam Kapoor, COO of Shiprocket, noted that the partnership strengthens the platform's offerings by granting merchants specialized access to a network that delivers superior handling and wider reach for bulky shipments.

Pepcart, which is part of TCC Group, employs highly trained staff numbering over 500 people. The company’s operational model allows it to provide new brand onboarding within just two to four weeks, enabling digital-first companies to scale their heavy goods operations rapidly. By utilizing Pepcart’s LaaS platform, brands can eliminate capital expenditure on supply chains and offer premium post-sale services such as appointment-based delivery and professional installation.

Looking ahead, Pepcart is actively pursuing network expansion talks across the mattress, consumer electronics, and modular interior sectors.
