Strategic Initiatives and Future Plans

The Board of Directors has approved plans to further strengthen the company's financial flexibility and scale its operations. A proposed fund raise of up to Rs 1,000 crores through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) was approved in July 2026. This funding is earmarked to support future growth opportunities.

On the operational front, PCJ Mining SARL, a step-down subsidiary of the company, secured a license for semi-mechanized artisanal mining of gold from the Ministry of Petroleum, Mining and Oil Geology in the Republic of Chad.

The company also announced strategic collaborations intended to benefit long-term growth. PC Jeweller Limited executed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, and with the Government of Uttar Pradesh under the CM YUVA scheme for onboarding entrepreneurs under the PC Jeweller brand.
