Store Expansion and Brand Strengthening​

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Dhanji Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of Patel Retail Limited, stated that the strong growth reflects healthy momentum in both its retail and food processing businesses. Net Profit increased by 37.43% year-on-year to ₹9.52 Cr, while EBITDA stood at ₹19.68 Cr.

The company continued to expand its physical footprint during the quarter. New store launches included the 51st Patel's R Mart in Rasayani, Raigad and the 52nd store in Bapgaon, Bhiwandi. With another store added in July, the retail network has now expanded to 53 stores, reinforcing its presence across the MMR region and surrounding markets.
