The company confirmed that the SCN was received via email on Saturday, May 30, 2026, after standard office hours concluded. The delay in response was attributed to scheduling constraints, as May 31, 2026, was a Sunday, and the relevant officer was on leave on Monday, June 01, 2026.

Consequently, Patanjali Foods Limited submitted the necessary information to the Stock Exchanges on Tuesday, June 02, 2026.
