Paramount Communications Allots 31,995 Equity Shares Against Employee Stock Options; Capital Increases​

Paramount Communications Ltd. announced that its Share Allotment Committee had allotted 31,995 equity shares on July 14, 2026, following the exercise of Employee Stock Options under the company's Stock Incentive Plan 2023.

The allotment, which pertains to the Stock Incentive Plan 2023, increased the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of Paramount Communications Ltd. The Company confirmed that the newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with all existing equity shares of the company, and it is currently completing the necessary formalities concerning the listing of these shares.

The allotment of the 31,995 Equity shares was made in response to the exercise of employee stock options under the ESOP Scheme. The company has confirmed that all allotted shares are identical in respect to existing equity shares and is finalizing listing processes for the newly issued shares.
