Paisalo Digital Completes Maiden USD 15 Million ECB Issuance
New Delhi, March 17, 2026 – Paisalo Digital Limited, a non-banking finance company (NBFC) specializing in inclusive lending, has successfully concluded its inaugural External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) transaction, securing USD 15 million.The ECB issuance represents a strategic move to diversify the company’s funding sources and access long-term capital from international markets. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to support the company’s expanding lending portfolio, with a focus on MSMEs, income-generation segments, and other priority sectors.
