Bengaluru: Pace Digitek Limited, an integrated telecom and energy infrastructure solutions company, reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company demonstrated strong growth in revenue driven by both the Telecom & ICT and Energy businesses, while maintaining a substantial order book across key segments.

The company's total executable order book stood at ₹ 10,803.3 crore as of August 5, 2026, indicating continued long-term growth visibility.

Financial Performance Overview​

Pace Digitek recorded significant year-on-year growth in Q1 FY27. Revenue from Operations reached ₹ 555.4 crore, marking a substantial increase compared to the same period last year. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹ 62.5 crore, demonstrating healthy profitability across key metrics.

Energy Sector Highlights and Capacity Expansion​

In the energy segment, Pace Digitek continued to strengthen its execution capabilities in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The company delivered 90 BESS containers during the quarter.

The executable Energy order book was reported at ₹ 8,453 crore as of August 5, 2026, with overall BESS order visibility exceeding 5 GWh. Building upon this momentum, the company operationalized its additional BESS manufacturing platform, which has an installed capacity of 2.5 GWh. This initiative brings the total BESS manufacturing capacity to 5 GWh.

The company is also advancing localization efforts, having developed in-house container fabrication and manufacturing automation to enhance efficiency and supply chain integration. Furthermore, prototype solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy storage are currently under evaluation for commercial deployment. The business continues expansion across Manufacturing, EPC, and selective BuildOwn-Operate (BOO) segments.

Telecom & ICT Operational Status​

The executable Telecom & ICT order book stood at ₹ 2,350.3 crore as of August 5, 2026. During Q1 FY27, Pace Digitek secured an Advance Work Order from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). This contract involves the Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Upgradation, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the middle-mile and last-mile network under the BharatNet programme in the Sikkim Telecom Circle, valued at ₹ 264 crore.

Strategic Developments and Growth Platform Strengthening​

Pace Digitek undertook several key strategic initiatives during and after the quarter to fortify its long-term growth trajectory:

  • International Expansion: The company entered an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnership with NEC XON Systems Proprietary Limited, South Africa. This partnership is designed to market, distribute, and deploy grid-scale BESS and related energy solutions across specific African markets, including South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, and Mauritius.
  • Industry Advancement: Pace Digitek established the Pace-Lineage Research Center in Pune, a dedicated R&D facility focused on advancing research and product development in Advanced Chemistry Cells (ACC) and energy storage technologies.
  • Partnership for Data Centers: The company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India to target opportunities within AI data center power infrastructure.

He further noted that while operationalizing a 2.5 GWh BESS manufacturing facility after the quarter, the company’s total installed capacity reached 5 GWh, with plans underway to expand this to 10 GWh. Mr. Rao emphasized that backed by a strong order pipeline and opportunities in India's energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors, the company remains focused on disciplined execution and creating sustainable value for stakeholders.

Shares of Pace Digitek Limited slipped today by 0.41%, settling at ₹200.82 after closing in negative territory. The stock traded within a range, hitting a low of ₹195 and seeing a volume of 1.61 million shares during the session.
