Orbit Exports Limited has issued a Corrigendum to its Letter of Offer regarding the buyback of equity shares, updating key shareholding statistics and confirming the maximum permissible amount based on the company's financial standing. The corrigendum was published in several newspapers, including Financial Express, Jansatta, and Mumbai Lakshadeep.

The Company initially planned a buyback of up to 11,04,000 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of ₹250 per share, with an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹27,60,00,000/-. The Corrigendum addresses updates to the shareholder base and the entitlement structure for the tender offer.

The corrigendum specified several changes to the original Letter of Offer dated July 17, 2026. The total number of Equity Shares held was updated to 1,57,68,460, representing 59.48% of the company's equity shareholding.

The maximum amount permissible for the buy-back was determined based on the annual audited standalone and consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2026. The calculation, in compliance with regulations, established a maximum cap for the purchase.
