Optiemus Infracom Postpones Investment in Subsidiary Optiemus Electronics Limited

Optiemus Infracom Limited announced on April 2, 2026, that it is postponing a planned investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optiemus Electronics Limited (OEL). The decision follows a reassessment of funding requirements by OEL.

Previously, on March 9, 2026, Optiemus Infracom had received approval for a rights issue to invest in OEL. However, OEL’s current working capital position indicates that the infusion of funds is no longer necessary at this time. Consequently, the proposed investment is not being pursued and the prior approval has been revised accordingly.

Optiemus Infracom’s stock trades on the BSE under Scrip Code 530135 and Symbol OPTIEMUS.
