Ms. Chauhan is relocating abroad for personal reasons.The Board appointed Ms. Saumya Yagnik as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from the start of business hours on March 27, 2026.
Ms. Yagnik holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and possesses an Information Systems Audit (ISA) certification. She has over 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, and taxation, including 2 years as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, she worked with KPMG India in the Management Consultancy division, gaining experience in Ind AS compliance and financial advisory practices.
