New Delhi: OBSC Perfection Limited, a manufacturer of high-precision metal components and assemblies, announced its Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported historic highs across Total Income, Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA), and Profit after Tax (PAT).

The company posted a strong performance, with total income reaching ₹7,871.5 Lakhs in Q1 FY27, marking a significant 84.7% growth from the corresponding period in Q1 FY26. EBITDA stood at ₹1,524.9 Lakhs, reflecting an 84.0% year-on-year increase. Furthermore, Profit after Tax (PAT) reached ₹947.4 Lakhs, demonstrating robust growth of 88.3% compared to Q1 FY26 results.

The current order book stands at a substantial figure of over ₹1,200 Crores.

The company has undertaken several key operational advancements during Q1 FY27. These include acquiring an additional 2.4 acres of land in Supa, Maharashtra, bringing the total holding to 10.8 acres, with ground-breaking expected within three months.

Furthermore, construction at the Sanand facility reached its second phase and is targeted for completion within six months. This facility has also been integrated into the supply chain for Tenneco's DaVinci DCx suspension system.

Other notable updates include:
  • Successful audit completion of AS 9100 from TUV Nord, with certification anticipated soon.
  • Onboarding two new DPSU vendors, registering with three out of seven DPSUs in India.
  • Receiving the first prototype orders for MK-84 Bomb fins and Case head 1.9 bullets for 0.5 million pieces, alongside Lifting Plus for 155 mm shells.
