ObjectOne Information Systems Ltd Completes Term of Directors, Appoints New Independent Director, Reconstitutes Board Committees​

ObjectOne Information Systems Limited announced key changes following its Board of Directors meeting held on July 25, 2026. The board reviewed the completion of terms for two independent directors and approved the appointment of a new Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) while also reconstituting several critical board committees.

The company confirmed that Mr. Jaya Prakash Narayana Valluru and Mrs. Earneni Kavitha will cease to hold office as Independent Directors. Their cessation is solely due to the completion of their second and final terms as independent directors and not attributable to resignation or any other cause. These changes take effect from the close of business hours on July 30, 2026.

The Board expressed appreciation for the valuable guidance and contributions provided by Mr. Valluru and Mrs. Kavitha during their tenure.

New Appointment: Mr. Muttuluri Narsimhappa Joins Board​

ObjectOne Information Systems Limited approved the appointment of Mr. Muttuluri Narsimhappa as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director), effective July 25, 2026.

Mr. Muttuluri Narsimhappa holds the position for a term running up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting or the last date on which the AGM should have been held, whichever is earlier. The appointment makes him eligible to be an Independent Director for a first term of five consecutive years upon approval by the Members through a Special Resolution.

Mr. Muttuluri Narsimhappa's background includes serving in several senior positions within the Income Tax Department under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, where he holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He is described as a retired Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer with over three decades of service and possesses expertise gained through roles such as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax and Commissioner of Income Tax.

Board Committees Reconstituted​

Consequent upon the completion of the terms of Mr. Valluru and Mrs. Kavitha, and following the appointment of Mr. Muttuluri Narsimhappa, the Board approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee. These committee changes are effective from the close of business hours on July 30, 2026.
