NTPC Green Energy Appoints Deepak C. S. as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
NTPC Green Energy Limited, a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, announced the appointment of Shri Deepak C. S. as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective March 25, 2026. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on the same date, replacing Shri Manish Kumar.Shri Deepak C. S., previously serving as General Manager, brings over 25 years of experience in Secretarial Operations and Corporate compliance, particularly within listed companies. He holds qualifications including B. Com, Resolution Professional, and CAIIB, and is a Fellow Member of ICSI. His background spans diverse sectors including aviation, manufacturing, banking, and chemicals.
As Company Secretary, Shri Deepak C. S. will be responsible for compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant rules and regulations. The Board meeting took place between 2:30 PM and 4:40 PM.
