NHPC Limited has scheduled its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members for Friday, August 28, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other AudioVisual Means (OAVM). Members can find the Notice of the 50th AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 available on the Company’s website, as well as on the websites of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The company has designated Wednesday, August 12, 2026, as the 'Record Date'. This date determines the entitlement of members to receive a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, should it be declared at the AGM. If declared, the final dividend is set at 2.10% (₹0.21 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital.

In addition to the AGM event, NHPC Limited has fixed a period for the closure of its operations registers. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Thursday, August 13, 2026, until Friday, August 28, 2026 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of the 50th AGM.
