Nectar Lifesciences Limited has completed the sale and surrender of leasehold rights in land, along with associated structures, pertaining to its wholly owned unit, Narbada Industries. The transaction was finalized with M/s Shree Balaji Cold Chain & Storage Services.

The company sold the leasehold rights for a consideration of INR 9,60,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Nine Crore Sixty Lakhs only). Additionally, plant and machinery located at the premises were sold to the Purchaser for INR 1,62,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Crore Sixty-Two Lakhs only), plus applicable taxes.

The assets being sold represent a non-core business unit, as Narbada Industries was inoperative prior to the disposal of its assets.
