The decision was made on June 05, 2026.By virtue of this sanction, the Amalgamating Company, Dhanuka Laboratories Limited, will be transferred to and vested in the Amalgamated Company, Orchid Pharma Limited. This transfer occurs on a going concern basis for both the shareholders and creditors of both companies involved in the scheme.
