The company reported that Statutory Authorities have recorded their no-objection regarding the sanctioning of the Scheme.
This development follows several prior intimations issued by Dabur India Limited regarding the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation, which falls under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The company stated that it will notify the stock exchanges and make the necessary information available on its website upon receiving the official copy of the order from the Hon'ble NCLT.
