Narayana Hrudayalaya Confirms Implementation of Previously Disclosed Transition Arrangement
Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited confirmed the implementation of a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Charitable Society, concerning Narayana Vaishno Devi Specialty Hospitals Private Limited (NVDSHPL). The arrangement, initially disclosed to stock exchanges on March 28, 2025, will see the transition of the hospital to the Society effective April 1, 2026.According to media reports, including articles published in Daily Excelsior and Jagran, the transition involves equipping the Katra SMVD Narayana Superspeciality Hospital with modern facilities, a decision made during the 71st meeting of the Governing Body. Following the transition, NVDSHPL will maintain a supervisory oversight role until 2033.
