Nandani Creation Limited (NCL), a prominent player in women's Indian wear, has announced a strategic partnership with Reliance Fashion Factory. This collaboration aims to significantly strengthen the company's offline retail presence through expansion across Reliance Fashion Factory's extensive network.

Under the brand name 'Jaipur Kurti,' the company is expanding its retail footprint into over 25 stores operated by Reliance Fashion Factory.

The move is highlighted by key operational benefits, including inventory optimization, enabling faster inventory liquidation cycles. Management stated that this partnership is expected to improve working capital efficiency and reduce the inventory holding period.

During the announcement, Mr. Anuj Mundhra, Chairman & Managing Director of Nandani Creation Limited, commented that the partnership with Reliance Fashion Factory will deepen the company's presence in the value retail segment. He noted that the successful completion of stock churning is a reflection of the company's ongoing focus on disciplined inventory management and working capital efficiency.

Mr. Mundhra further explained that this initiative allows the company to unlock value from existing inventory through a structured and scalable channel. This process is expected to improve inventory turns, reduce holding costs, and optimize working capital deployment, while also ensuring better demand-supply alignment across its primary sales channels.

Nandani Creation Limited, which was founded in 2012, operates as a Jaipur-based, online-first fashion player offering women's Indian wear under the brands 'Jaipur Kurti,' 'Amaiva- By Jaipur Kurti,' and 'Jaipur Kurti Luxe.'

The company maintains a substantial multi-channel retail network. Besides the new partnership, NCL currently operates 8 COCO retail stores and 5 FOFO retail stores. Its physical retail reach also includes 22+ Shoppers Stop Stores, 80+ SIS Stores, 80+ Reliance Trends Stores, 35+ Avantara & Kalanikethan Stores, and 20+ Reliance Centro Stores.

The brand's extensive online accessibility includes sales channels on major e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Tata Cliq, in addition to its proprietary website and mobile application available on both App Store and Play Store.
