Bengaluru, May 29, 2026 — Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited today announced that its Board of Directors reviewed, considered, and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2026.The company released the audited financial results, along with the respective Auditor's Reports, following the Board Meeting held on May 29, 2026.
Audit and Opinion
The financial results for the Standalone and Consolidated entities were audited by K.G. Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants.The auditors issued an Opinion stating that the standalone annual financial results present a true and fair view in conformity with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the applicable Indian Accounting Standards, and other accounting principles generally accepted in India, for the year ended March 31, 2026.
Similarly, the report on the audit of the Consolidated Annual Financial Results confirmed that the Group’s results present a true and fair view in conformity with the applicable Indian Accounting Standards.
