Munjal Showa Ltd has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) regarding the appointment of Mr. Hitoshi Fukagawa as a senior executive within the company.The MCA, via correspondence dated July 14, 2026, granted approval for the appointment of Mr. Hitoshi Fukagawa (DIN: 10611378). He has been appointed as Managing Director, designated as Joint Managing Director, for a period of five years. The appointment is effective from May 29, 2024, and will conclude on May 28, 2029.
The approval follows the resolution of procedural matters related to the initial application for his appointment. The Registrar of Companies granted condonation of delay regarding the original application on May 21, 2026. Subsequently, the MCA issued the formal approval under Section 196 read with Clause (e) of Part I of Schedule V of the Companies Act, 2013.
The company confirmed that the matter is now concluded following the granting of this official approval by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
