(MGI BV), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, executed the acquisition. This deal encompassed the business, assets, and real estate belonging to both Nexans autoelectric GmbH and Elektrokontact GmbH, as well as shares in their various foreign subsidiaries, collectively referred to as Autoelectric.
Following the completion of this strategic transaction, Autoelectric has officially become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.
