Mobavenue AI Unveils New Brand Identity and Launches Neural Engine to Define Next Generation of AdTech

Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, an established player in advertising technology (AdTech), unveiled its new brand identity and announced the launch of the Mobavenue Neural Engine. This integrated AI intelligence layer marks a significant evolutionary shift for the company, positioning it as a global platform that guides marketers from campaign planning to strategic decision-making.

The rebrand signals the transition of Mobavenue from a bootstrapped Mumbai startup—which originally operated through a services model—to a product-led AdTech and consumer growth platform with an international footprint. The company is now home to over 200 employees, serving more than 150 brands across more than 10 markets.

From Agency Services to Intelligence Platform

Mobavenue’s journey began in 2017 when two engineering students started a digital marketing agency driven by curiosity about how technology shapes consumer attention. As the business evolved, it pivoted from services toward a scalable product platform, with Ishank Joshi joining as the third founder.

The company maintained its bootstrapped status throughout this growth period and achieved public listing in 2025 while continuously investing in its proprietary technology stack, GMP 360. The unveiling of the new brand identity is described not as the beginning of a change, but an acknowledgement of the transformation that has already occurred internally.

Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD and CEO of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, stated that while past shifts involved search changing discovery or social impacting distribution, "AI is now changing direction by transforming advertising towards intent, intelligence, and impact." He added that the Neural Engine represents their future: an "AI-powered advertising and consumer growth infrastructure, built from India, that helps brands achieve measurable outcomes at scale."

The Power of the Neural Engine

Central to Mobavenue's next phase is the Mobavenue Neural Engine. This AI intelligence layer operates across a single system, unifying the entire advertising lifecycle. It allows marketers to advance from planning to launching a live campaign in under 59 seconds.

The engine integrates into the company’s A³ framework—Awareness, Acquisition, and Activation—providing four integrated capabilities across the marketing funnel:

  • Planning: Generating tailored marketing plans based on brand objectives, audience insights, and market intelligence, customised by budget or category.
  • Execution: Launching campaigns directly from the platform, thereby condensing launch timelines from days to less than a minute.
  • Creative Intelligence: Recommending advertising placements across Connected TV, OTT, music, and youth platforms while generating creative assets.
  • Conversational Reporting: Allowing marketers to ask performance questions in natural language and instantly receive insights regarding impressions, conversions, audiences, and channels.

Tejas Rathod, Founder and CTO of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, noted that the Neural Engine was designed to close the gap between adoption and integration in marketing. He emphasized that this allows customers "less time managing the machinery of advertising, more time on strategy, creativity and growth."

Global Intent Realised

To mark this milestone and signal global intent, Mobavenue’s refreshed identity was showcased at Times Square in New York City. This event follows the company's recent expansion into several international markets.

Kunal Kothari, Founder, Chairman and COO, spoke about the significance of the unveiling in New York, stating that while a billboard is merely physical, it represents "the distance" covered by the company. Mobavenue was built from Mumbai without external capital but is now scaling across regions including the US, UK, and Singapore. This expansion is fueled by AI woven into every operation, which reduces complexity for both their teams and clients.

Mobavenue aims to empower businesses—including enterprises, publishers, and large global agencies—to connect with high-intent consumers. The company’s proprietary GMP 360 stack provides a unified platform integrating data, programmatic execution, and AI-led decisioning across mobile, video, Connected TV, web, OEM, and DOOH, ensuring consistent outcomes at scale for clients in e-commerce, BFSI, fintech, travel, OTT, gaming, healthcare, and retail.

Stock Price Movement
