Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, a Government of India Undertaking (formerly Mazagon Dock Limited), has appointed Shri K.M. Ravi Kumar as a Non-Official (Independent) Director on the company's Board.The appointment was made by the Ministry of Defence through a letter dated August 21, 2026. Shri K.M. Ravi Kumar will serve in this capacity for a period of three years, or until further instructions are given, whichever occurs earlier.
The company confirmed that the effective date of the appointment is set for the date of the appointment notification. However, the company noted that if Shri K.M. Ravi Kumar does not yet possess a Director Identification Number (DIN), his appointment will become effective from the date of DIN allotment.
