The company’s performance highlighted sustained operational excellence as it also detailed several key changes in senior management and governance structure following a Board meeting held on July 29, 2026.

On a consolidated basis, MAS Financial Services reported Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹16,122.75 Crores for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This represents significant growth from the previous period's AUM of ₹13,298.50 Crores, translating to a 21.24% rise in Assets Under Management and a 27.21% increase in Profit After Tax (PAT), which stood at ₹110.15 Crores, up from ₹85.59 Crores for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The consolidated disbursement during this quarter was reported at ₹4,532.76 Crores.

Standalone Performance and Segmental Strength​

The standalone entity also showed impressive growth in the quarter, reporting AUM of ₹15,146.73 Crores. This compares to ₹12,504.60 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, marking a 21% growth in AUM and a 24.67% increase in PAT, which reached ₹104.50 Crores against ₹83.90 Crores.

The company maintained strong risk metrics, reporting that its Capital Adequacy Ratio (including Tier II capital) stood at 23.25%, with the Tier-I capital standing at 21.94%. Portfolio quality remained stable and healthy, evidenced by Gross stage 3 assets stabilizing at 2.58% and Net stage 3 assets at 1.70% of AUM.
