Operational Updates and Financial Context​

The company recently completed the acquisition of all equity shares of Veera Tanneries Private Limited (VTPL) on April 23, 2026. VTPL has since become a wholly-owned subsidiary, and its financial results have been consolidated in the current reporting period as per applicable Accounting Standards.
