Mark Saldanha, Managing Director of the Company, stated that Fiscal Year 2026 was a milestone year, achieving total income of approximately ₹3,033 crore, EBITDA of ₹601 crore (a margin of 20.4%), and an all-time high PAT of ₹420 crore.

The growth was attributed to several factors, including new launches across various markets, a strong recovery in the UK in Q4, and the launch of 112 new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) in the US market. The company also expanded its global presence by entering new markets, including Germany, Canada, and Ireland. Marksans Pharma concluded the year with a cash balance of approximately ₹990 crore, maintaining its record of positive net cash flow, with the major capital expenditure cycle nearing completion.

In the US and North America Formulation business, revenue scaled 2.4x from FY22 to FY26, supported by 100+ products manufactured and distributed. Furthermore, the company launched 112 new SKUs in FY26, with a pipeline of 51 products.

The UK and Europe Formulation business reported that price erosion in UK products stabilized during Q4FY26. In Australia and New Zealand, the revenue of ₹303 crore in FY26 marked a highest-ever quarterly performance, more than doubling sequentially from Q3, driven by new launches. The company also launched its Branded Prescription Division, Nova Pharma, and launched 11 Rx brands in FY26 under this division.

Operational and Financial Highlights​
