Strategic Expansion and Corporate Actions​

In a move that expands its international reach, the Company reported several significant acquisitions during the current quarter:

  • Dutch Market Entry: Marksans Pharma acquired 100% share capital of QliniQ B.V., a company based in the Netherlands, for a consideration of EUR 7.50 Million. QliniQ B.V. specializes in marketing and distribution of prescription medicines and medical devices within the Dutch market.
  • German Market Penetration: The Company entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of ABCnow GmbH, a German pharmaceutical company specializing in frontend sales, marketing, and acquisition capabilities across the German healthcare market. This acquisition was subsequently completed for a cash consideration of EUR 1.10 Million, making ABCnow GmbH a wholly owned subsidiary.

In addition to M&A activities, the Company announced that during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, it granted 300,000 stock options under the Marksans Employees Stock Option Scheme 2024 to eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiary companies. Each option is exercisable into one equity share with a face value of ¥1.

The financial results, both standalone and consolidated, were reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s MSKA & Associates LLP, which expressed an unmodified opinion on the unaudited financial statements.
