
Highway solutions provider Markolines has reported a 12 per cent year on year rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 2025, supported by improved project execution and disciplined cost management.
Q3 FY26 Net Profit Climbs 12% Year on Year
The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 6.78 crore in the December 2025 quarter, compared with Rs 6.05 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.The growth reflects steady operational performance during the third quarter of FY26, as the company continued to focus on execution and billing efficiency across its projects.
Nine Month Performance Shows Strong Momentum
For the nine months ended December 2025, profit after tax stood at Rs 14.87 crore, up from Rs 10.43 crore in the year ago period.Revenue for the nine month period rose significantly to Rs 243.34 crore from Rs 185.92 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. The expansion in revenue highlights improved business traction and higher billing across ongoing assignments.
Revenue Growth Backed by Execution and Cost Discipline
Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Patil said that revenue growth during the period was driven by healthy project execution and improved billing cycles.He added that gains in profitability were supported by cost discipline and a better project mix, which helped strengthen overall margins.
Focus on Highway O&M and Road Preservation Services
Markolines operates in the highway operations and maintenance segment and provides specialized road preservation services across India. The company continues to execute projects in the infrastructure space, positioning itself within the highway O and M ecosystem.With improved nine month financial performance and steady quarterly profit growth, the company’s results reflect operational stability and execution strength during FY26 so far.
