Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited Disburses Interim Dividend
Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, announced the disbursement of an interim dividend to its shareholders on March 24, 2026. The dividend was declared by the Board of Directors on March 3, 2026.The interim dividend was paid at a rate of 4% on fully paid up equity shares of ₹10 each, representing a 40% payout for the Financial Year 2025-26.
