Government Nominee Director Departs from Board of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited
Manganese Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a Schedule 'A' Govt. of India Enterprise, has confirmed a change in its board composition following the departure of one of its nominated directors.The company reported that Shri Dheeraj Kumar Ojha has ceased to be the Government Nominee Director on the Board of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL). His exit is effective from July 11, 2026.
Shri Ojha’s departure stems from his posting from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) to another Ministry, which occurred on July 10, 2026.
Manganese Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited remains a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited and is certified as an ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 compliant company. Premachandra Rao G, the Company Secretary for MRPL, managed the communication regarding this change in the director's office.
