Manappuram Finance Limited has announced that the tenure of Mr. Madhu Mohan A.M. as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will conclude on July 17, 2026.To manage a transitional period until a regular Chief Risk Officer is appointed and assumes charge, the Company has assigned additional responsibilities to Mr. Jinu Chandrasekhar. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Chandrasekhar will take over as Interim Chief Risk Officer effective July 18, 2026.
The Company clarified that Mr. Jinu Chandrasekhar will continue to be classified as Non-Senior Management Personnel during this interim period.
