Operational Highlights and Growth Drivers

Mr. Varun Agrawal, Managing Director of Manaksia Steels Limited, commented on the performance, noting that the company delivered robust growth across key financial parameters. Total Income rose by 50% year-on-year to ₹ 305.88 crore, while EBITDA saw a dramatic increase to ₹ 36.33 crore. PAT grew by 253% to ₹ 22.38 crore, reflecting improved operating leverage and profitability within the company.

Sales of the company's value-added coated steel products increased by approximately 40%, indicating a strengthened product mix and market positioning. The quarter was marked by an increase in steel prices during April, followed by relative stabilization through May and June.

Operationally, both key facilities performed strongly. The Aluzinc Coated Steel Line operated at around 90% capacity utilization, while the existing Colour Coating Line ran at full capacity. These high usage levels signal strong demand for the company's value-added coated products.

The international business segment also gained momentum. Federated Steel Mills Ltd., MSL’s Nigerian subsidiary, recorded approximately 50% year-on-year growth in revenue.

As the company moves through FY2026-27, management remains focused on maximizing capacity utilization and increasing the contribution of value-added products. With both the Aluzinc line operating at high utilization and the existing colour-coating facility running at full capacity, MSL is positioned to pursue sustainable growth.
