Corporate Travel Emerges as Key Growth Driver for MakeMyTrip

New Delhi, February 24: MakeMyTrip on Tuesday announced that its corporate travel segment has crossed USD 1 billion in gross bookings in 2025, marking a significant milestone for the Nasdaq-listed travel services provider.

The company said gross bookings across its corporate platforms, Quest2Travel, MyBiz, and Happay, exceeded the USD 1 billion mark during the year. The segment now contributes more than 10 per cent to the company’s overall bookings, reinforcing its position as a key growth driver within the broader business.

Strong Enterprise and SME Client Base

Headquartered in Gurugram, MakeMyTrip currently serves a corporate client base of 500 large enterprises. This includes 150 of the top BSE 500 listed companies, along with 75,000 small and medium enterprises across the country.

The company stated that its corporate travel platforms collectively cater to over 40 lakh employees, reflecting the scale and penetration of its business-to-business operations.

Rapid Expansion in Five Years

Rajesh Magow, co-founder and Group CEO of MakeMyTrip, highlighted the rapid expansion of the segment. He said that while the corporate travel business is relatively much younger than the company’s business-to-consumer segment, it has grown rapidly over the past five years.

The performance underscores the company’s strategy of building a diversified travel ecosystem that caters to both individual and enterprise customers.

Focus on Enhancing Corporate Travel Services

Looking ahead, MakeMyTrip said it is working to expand its service offerings for corporate international travelers. The company plans to strengthen its value proposition by introducing services such as forex and visa support.

With corporate travel gross bookings crossing USD 1 billion in 2025 and contributing over 10 per cent to total bookings, the segment is emerging as a pivotal pillar in MakeMyTrip’s growth trajectory.
