Mahindra & Mahindra Limited announced the outcomes of its Board Meeting held on May 5, 2026. The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend.

The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 33 (660%) per Ordinary (Equity) Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This compares to the Rs. 25.3 (506%) per Ordinary (Equity) Share declared for the previous financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The consolidated financial results show substantial growth across major operational segments. For the year ended March 31, 2026, the Group reported a Total income of Rs. 2,02,084.34 Crores, up from Rs. 1,61,391.87 Crores in the previous year.

The annual profit after tax attributable to the owners of the company stood at Rs. 17,098.85 Crores, compared to Rs. 12,929.10 Crores in the previous fiscal year.

The Record Date for the Final Dividend is set as Friday, July 3, 2026.

Change in Group Chief Internal Auditor
The Board of Directors approved a change in the Group Chief Internal Auditor, effective from July 1, 2026. Mr. K N Vaidyanathan's tenure concluded on June 30, 2026. Mr. Vimal Agarwal has been appointed as the Group Chief Internal Auditor and part of the Senior Management, effective from July 1, 2026.
