Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Aditatva Estates Private Limited. The company finalized the transaction on June 15, 2026, acquiring the entity for an aggregate consideration of Rs 37.5 crore.Following this completion, Aditatva Estates, which is engaged in coffee plantation business, has become a wholly owned subsidiary of MHRIL. Consequently, Aditatva also stands as a stepdown subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
Aditatva operates on a approximately 50-acre land parcel located in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, and specializes in the coffee plantation business. The acquisition is intended to allow MHRIL to leverage its newly acquired assets for expanding its leisure resorts business.
