Mahindra Finance Estimates ₹17,600 Crore Q3FY26 Disbursements; Asset Quality Stable, Liquidity Strong

Mumbai, January 3, 2026: Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited informed stock exchanges that it expects overall disbursements of approximately ₹17,600 crore in the third quarter of FY26, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 7 percent, supported by steady demand across its core lending segments.
For the nine-month period ended December 2025, disbursements are estimated at around ₹43,900 crore, marking a 4 percent year-on-year increase, excluding finance lease portfolios.

The company said its business assets stood at approximately ₹1.29 lakh crore as of December 2025, registering growth of around 12 percent compared with December 2024, indicating continued balance sheet expansion.

Collection Efficiency and Asset Quality​

Mahindra Finance reported that collection efficiency for Q3 FY26 is estimated at 95 percent, unchanged from the same quarter last year, reflecting stable repayment behaviour across customer segments.
Asset quality indicators also remained largely stable. As of December 31, 2025, Stage 3 assets are estimated in the range of 3.9 percent to 4.0 percent, broadly in line with both the previous quarter and the year-ago period. Stage 2 assets improved sequentially and on a year-on-year basis, estimated between 5.4 percent and 5.5 percent, compared with 5.8 percent at the end of September 2025 and 6.3 percent a year earlier.

Liquidity Position Remains Comfortable​

The company highlighted that it continues to maintain a strong liquidity buffer, with a liquidity chest of over ₹8,850 crore on its balance sheet as of the end of December 2025. The healthy liquidity position is expected to support ongoing business growth and balance sheet resilience.
