Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) has announced a recommendation for a final dividend on its equity shares, setting the record date and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 07, 2026, recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 18 per equity share.
