Operational Highlights and Orders On Hand​

Key operational highlights for Q1FY27 included revenue from operations reaching ₹291 crore, marking a 22.5% increase compared to the ₹238 crore recorded in Q1FY26. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹36 crore, representing a 6.2% growth over the ₹33 crore achieved in Q1FY26.

Mr. Malav Patel, Joint Managing Director of M&B Engineering Limited, commented that the results demonstrate a strong performance across both Phenix and Proflex divisions, resulting in 22.5% revenue growth. He stated that the ₹1,053 crore order book provides excellent revenue visibility and confirms sustained demand across various end-user industries.

Patel noted continued momentum in exports, with export revenues reaching ₹28 crore during the quarter, and export orders accounting for ₹278 crore of the overall order book.

He further detailed that the company is focused on building long-term capabilities and capitalizing on emerging growth opportunities. During the reporting period, M&B advanced expansion initiatives at Sanand and Cheyyar. The company also approved investments in a fully automated Heavy Structural Steel processing line, designed to strengthen its presence in highgrowth segments such as data centers, complex industrial structures, and high-rise buildings.

The AISC certification achieved for the Cheyyar facility was cited as a factor enhancing M&B's capability to serve international markets. Based on the strong order pipeline, expanding capacities, and favorable industry tailwinds, the management remains confident in achieving revenue growth of over 25% in FY27 while strengthening its leadership position in the PEB and self-supported roofing segments.
