Corporate Guarantee Enhancement​

In a major operational development, the Board approved an enhancement of the Corporate Guarantee extended to HDFC Bank Ltd. This guarantee is intended to secure enhanced credit facilities for Carysilnox Limited, a subsidiary of the company, which aims to meet ongoing capacity enhancement needs.

The enhancement increased the existing Corporate Guarantee by Rs. 18 crores, bringing the total aggregate corporate guarantee to Rs. 55.10 Crores. The Corporate Guarantee will be disclosed as a contingent liability in the books of the Company, and management stated that no adverse financial impact is currently anticipated from the issuance of this guarantee.

Management and AGM Details​

The Board meeting also sanctioned changes within the company's senior leadership structure. On recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Rhea Parekh was approved for a designation change from Vice President (International Marketing) to Senior Vice President (International Marketing). This change is effective from October 01, 2026, pending approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Carysil Limited has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026, and will be conducted through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means.
