Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has successfully completed the sale of its entire equity stake in Lumax Jopp Allied Technologies Private Limited. The transaction involved selling a 50% share of the equity capital to Jopp Holding GmbH, Germany, the joint venture partner.

The sale was finalized on June 29, 2026.

Following the completion of the sale, Lumax Auto Technologies Limited confirmed that Lumax Jopp Allied Technologies Private Limited no longer operates as a joint venture of the company, effective from June 29, 2026.
