Lumax Auto Technologies Completes Amalgamation with Lumax Ancillary Limited
Lumax Auto Technologies Limited announced today, March 31, 2026, the effective date of the Scheme of Amalgamation with Lumax Ancillary Limited. The amalgamation, which has an appointed date of April 1, 2024, was sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench.The Scheme became effective following the filing of a certified true copy of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. This action was taken by both Lumax Ancillary Limited and Lumax Auto Technologies Limited through Form No. INC-28.
