Kanpur-based manufacturer Lohia Corp Ltd announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO), setting a price band of Rs 404-425 per share. The company is gearing up for the market debut with the issue opening on July 23. This pure Offer For Sale aims to raise up to Rs 1,102 crore, offering investors an opportunity to participate in a fast-growing industrial sector.

The IPO schedule dictates that anchor investor bidding will commence on July 22. The subscription period runs until July 27, with the allotment basis being finalized on July 28. Shares are slated to be credited and listed on stock exchanges starting July 30.

Global Dominance in Technical Textiles Machinery​

Lohia Corp is recognized as a leading global manufacturer specializing in machinery and equipment for technical textiles. Its comprehensive product portfolio includes crucial items such as tape extrusion lines, coating and lamination lines, circular looms, and various printing and conversion machines.

The company maintains a particularly strong position in machinery used to manufacture woven fabric and sacks from polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Lohia Corp claims a 40.7 percent market share by value within India's specialized woven Raffia machinery segment.

Despite its established presence, the company faces competition from listed peers including Rajoo Engineers, Lakshmi Machine Works (LMW), and Mamata Machinery.

Exponential Growth Drives Strong Financial Outlook​

The recent financial performance of Lohia Corp highlights a significant upward trajectory in both revenue and profitability. For fiscal 2026, the company reported substantial growth across key metrics.

Profit saw a impressive 64.2 percent year-on-year increase, rising to Rs 193.5 crore from Rs 117.8 crore the previous year. Correspondingly, revenue demonstrated robust expansion, growing by 24.7 percent to reach Rs 1,717 crore from Rs 1,376.9 crore over the same period.

IPO Structure and Post-Listing Valuation​

The offering is structured as a pure sale of shares amounting up to Rs 1,102 crore. At the upper end of the specified price band (Rs 425), Lohia Corp's post-listing market capitalisation is estimated to be around Rs 4,490 crore. This valuation underscores investor confidence in the company’s specialized manufacturing capabilities and market penetration.

Equirus Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors have been appointed as the book-running lead managers for the IPO.
