Sangameswar’s tenure as Chief Risk Officer has been extended until April 30, 2028. Jimit Narendra Shah has been appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), effective April 10, 2026.

Mr. Sangameswar brings over three decades of experience in risk management, credit appraisal, and operations within the housing finance sector. He is responsible for overseeing the company's risk management function, focusing on building a resilient and sustainable risk culture. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, along with an Applied Finance program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.Jimit Narendra Shah – Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Mr. Shah is an experienced Cyber Security leader with over 15 years of expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. He previously served as Chief Information Security Officer at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd.
