This move concludes the relationship defined by the License Agreement and the HOA, both of which were executed on August 22, 2022, involving Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, M/s. HRK Hospitality, and M/s. Carnation Hotels Private Limited (Operator).
The termination is effective upon the expiration of five business days from the date the termination letter was issued.
Regarding the operational changes, the company stated that the termination of these agreements does not carry any material financial impact on Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
