Larsen & Toubro Allots Shares Under Employee Stock Option Schemes
Larsen & Toubro Limited announced today, March 24, 2026, that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) has approved the allotment of 20,661 equity shares to grantees who exercised options under the company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes.The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing shares of Larsen & Toubro. The NRC meeting took place from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
