Board of Directors of Landmark Property Development Company Limited has approved a proposal granting an extension to the repayment timeline requested by Eterna Living Private Limited concerning the outstanding amount under their Refund and Settlement Agreement.
The agreement, dated March 27, 2026, established payment terms related to the funds provided by Eterna. Initially, Eterna paid ₹15,00,000 upon execution of the agreement, with a remaining balance of ₹35,11,15,047 due on or before September 26, 2026.
Eterna subsequently requested an extension for the payment of this outstanding amount. As part of the ongoing settlement process, Eterna submitted a cheque amounting to ₹8,00,00,000 towards the total outstanding principal. Following the realization and adjustment of this significant payment, the revised balance due stands at ₹27,11,15,047.
The Board, having reviewed the request from Eterna and the recommendation provided by the Audit Committee, sanctioned the proposal to extend the repayment timeline until March 31, 2027.
This extension remains subject to the approval of the Company’s Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The official documentation sought for this purpose will be included in the notice issued for that meeting.
