The Company allotted 18,518,518 fully paid-up equity shares, each having a face value of Rs. 5/-. These shares were issued to Suleyman Emre (formerly known as Abdul Khalik Abdul Kadar Chataiwala), who belongs to the Promoter Category. The issue price for these equity shares was set at Rs. 10.80/- per share, enabling the allotment through the conversion of the unsecured loan(s) provided by the Allottee.
This transaction resulted in a significant increase in the issued and paid-up capital of Lancer Container Lines Ltd. Prior to the allotment, the company’s total subscribed and paid-up share capital was Rs. 1,76,63,18,590/- through 35,32,63,718 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each. Post-allotment, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital now stands at Rs. 1,85,89,11,180/-, comprising a total of 37,17,82,236 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
The newly allotted equity shares are to be issued in dematerialized form and will hold parity with the existing equity shares of Lancer Container Lines Ltd. in all respects.
