Operational Highlights and Notes​

The company confirmed that it is primarily engaged in financial activities, specifically Portfolio Investments. Given that all current activities relate to the main business, there are no reportable segments as per Ind AS-108.

In addition to the financial review, the company noted ongoing legal proceedings initiated before the District Court, Adoni (AP), intended to regain possession of lands worth Rs. 11.59 lakhs from trespassers.

Regarding taxation, the management stated that the Minimum Alternative Tax (MAT) credit amounting to Rs. 139.30 lakhs was not recognized as at June 30, 2026, in the books of account due to the lack of convincing evidence that the Company will pay normal Income Tax in the near future. The situation is subject to review at year-end.

The results were subjected to a Limited Review by independent auditors and have been approved by the Board of Directors.
